Store Supervisor

The Store Supervisor is responsible for supporting the daily operations of a C’Bezt Fried Chicken outlet and ensuring that activities are carried out according to company standards. This role coordinates outlet team activities, monitors service and product quality, maintains operational readiness and cleanliness, assists with inventory management, and evaluates daily outlet performance. The Store Supervisor also helps build a positive team environment while ensuring that customers receive a satisfying experience.

- Minimum Diploma degree, preferably in a relevant field - Minimum 1 year of experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader - Experience in restaurants, retail, or the F&B industry is an advantage - Good leadership and communication skills - Able to organize team schedules and activities - Basic understanding of inventory and outlet operations - Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to solve problems - Willing to work in shifts
